Q: What is this Digital Media Pack (DMP) you give away?
A: The Digital Media Pack (DMP) is created exclusively by Stereo Bear for YOU, our friends! The downloadable digital pack comes loaded with music from various Artists along with exclusive content and media from those Artists. This includes things like photos, web media and other cool stuff. Each DMP we release is completely unique! With every new release will come more extras and more exclusive content.
We put these together mainly for two reasons: 1) Because we love music and want to help Artists get heard; and 2) Because we want to thank you for picking up Stereo Bear threads by giving you a little something extra. It's our way of saying thank you! So enjoy, and always remember to keep music in your hearts.
Q: How do I get one of the free Digital Media Pack (DMP)?
A: In order for you to download the free Digital Media Pack (DMP), you must purchase at least one (1) apparel item from Stereo Bear Clothing (everything except Buttons are considered apparel items).
Q: How do I access my Digital Media Pack (DMP)?
A: When you make a purchase from Stereo Bear Clothing, your apparel item will come with a hangtag attached to the garment. This colorful piece of paper is your "ticket" to the free music and bonus material. Located on the back of the hangtag are instructions on how to download your free goodies. Q: How many of each design do you print?
A: Stereo Bear is an exclusive brand, meaning you can ONLY get the goods directly from us. Nobody wants something that anyone can buy at the mall, right? With this in mind, we only print a certain number of each design to keep it unique. From time to time, we also release "Limited Edition" items, where we will actually number each garment 1 out of a set amount. This ensures that you have something everyone else does NOT.
Q: How can my band be a part of the next Digital Media Pack Compilation?
A: If you would like to be considered for the next digital compilation release, feel free to send us your EPK (Electronic Press Kit) and any other digital media such as songs or photos that would help show us why you are the most awesome band ever. We don't accept physical mail because well, it saves you from going to the post office and spending money on postage. It also keeps us from having MORE piles of demos in our garage than we already do!! And it saves trees. Bears like trees. So send us what you have, but remember, you must be a serious touring band to be considered for this opportunity.

Q: Where can I purchase your stuff?
A: Since we like to keep our apparel exclusive, currently you can only purchase Stereo Bear Clothing through our Online Store or from us in person, at an event such as Bamboozle, Warped Tour, or other rock shows! (if you see us in the street somewhere, ask us, we'll make sure we get you something)
Q: What if I have questions about my order such as shipping, returns or damaged goods?
A: Our apparel is now distributed online by our best friends at StorEnvy. Any questions, comments or concerns you may have regarding your order will be handled by them. Please send them an E-Mail with any questions regarding the shipping of your item(s).
